Convenient Downtown Stay

convenient location helpful staff quick check-in
I found the location convenient, providing easy access to everything. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with directions. I appreciated the quick check-in, which allowed me to settle in swiftly after a long day. The breakfast buffet offered good variety to start the day RIGHT.
The kettle did NOT fit under the tap, made filling it a bit awkward.
Rooms

My Double or Twin Room included super comfy beds and duvets, assuring good rest. The room featured beautiful hardwood floors. They added charm. The space felt lovely and warm.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast buffet featured many healthy options, a welcome addition. I noticed a gluten-free bread selection available. The breakfast options presented really good quality and variety.
Service

fantastic stay!

superb location delicious option great size comfortable stay
the location was superb!!! it's super close to the harbour path and also near main streets. this made it easy to reach so many restaurants, museums, and sightseeing spots. i also found that several tour buses pick up from the hotel or bus stop #9, just a short walk away. the breakfast buffet was really good, with a wide variety of delicious options. i really had to try hard not to overeat with all those amazing treats. the family room was a great size for us, and my two girls really enjoyed the bunk bed setup. it was a very convenient and comfortable stay!!!
I noticed the parking situation wasn't ideal. while the hotel doesn't provide parking, there is street parking available. it can be a bit tricky to find a reasonably priced spot close by.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast offered a delicious and varied selection. there were many choices, and it all tasted fresh! the dining area was well kept, and i found the staff to be attentive and helpful. I had an amazing experience.

Acceptable stay

central location grocery store shelf space small shower
The hotel location is good. I found it easy to walk to the city center and the main shopping street. I appreciated being close to a grocery store. This.
The room I stayed in was underwhelming. There was almost no shelf space for my clothes and belongings. The shower was also small and difficult to use. These aspects made the room less practical for me..
